General conditions

Bookings are governed by our public offer under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015. finterrabase.com LLC is entered in the State Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents and maintains financial security under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995.

Free cancellation

Cancel free of charge within 48 hours of booking if departure is at least 14 days away.

Cancellation charges

• More than 14 days: 10%
• 7–14 days: 30%
• Less than 7 days: 50%
• No-show: 100%

Refunds, changes and force majeure

Refunds are returned within 14 days, less non-refundable costs. Changes more than 14 days before departure incur a fee; later changes are treated as cancellation. Force majeure events are handled by rescheduling or pro-rata refund.

Complaints

You may also complain to the Ukrainian consumer-protection authority or use out-of-court dispute resolution under the Law of Ukraine No. 1875-VIII 'On Alternative Dispute Resolution' of 16 June 2016. Consumer rights are governed by the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991.
