Terms of Service

Effective:

1. Scope

These Terms govern use of finterrabase.com, operated by finterrabase.com LLC, and our tour desk service. Bookings are subject to our public offer/electronic contract under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" of 3 September 2015.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and, where required, hold valid student status. Personal data is processed on a lawful basis and with prior consent where consent applies, under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Protection of Personal Data" of 1 June 2010.

3. Booking and payment

Prices are as shown. Bookings form an electronic distance contract; payment terms are in the confirmation.

4. Cancellations and complaints

Refund and cancellation rules are shown before checkout and in confirmations, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection" of 12 May 1991. Complaints may be filed with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or through out-of-court dispute resolution under the Law of Ukraine No. 1875-VIII "On Alternative Dispute Resolution" of 16 June 2016.

5. Tour desk service

Where we act as a tour operator or travel agent, we are entered in the State Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents and maintain required financial security under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" of 15 September 1995. Advertising is truthful and identifies the advertiser under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" of 3 July 1996. Cookies and similar technologies are used only with disclosure and consent, and electronic communications are kept confidential, under the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" of 16 December 2020.

6. Liability

We act with reasonable care. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking unless Ukrainian law requires otherwise.
