Tour operator registration
We are entered in the State Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents, maintain financial security and publish our register number and guarantee details on request, under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995. Where EU law applies, the EU Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Directive also gives you PTR protections, including insolvency coverage and supplier responsibility.
Booking contract
Each online booking is supported by a public offer/electronic contract with essential terms, payment, performance and dispute-resolution rules under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.
Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Cancellation, refund and complaint procedures are disclosed before purchase under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991. Contact us to complain.
